Please read the following warranty when the product needs to be cared for:
1. Principles of warranty:
- The company only warranties for genuine products distributed by the company ITASA and stamped warranty ITASA company.
2. Warranty period:
- The standard warranty period is 01 years (12 months) application equipment for cars, trucks, kids, and 06 months for equipment for motorbike
+ Warranty period from date of installation equipment for customers.
- When changing new product, the warranty period remains of the old product was transferred to the new product.
3. Warranty conditions:
- The use of GPS receivers reported damaged within 03 months after installation of the new product will be changed. Report damaged equipment during the warranty period will also be transferred to the company warranty repairs.
- The warranty does not apply to:
+ Damage caused by collision, crash, accident on the path to the broken machine.
+ Damage met by negligence, abuse, misuse way, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
+ Damage caused by operating the product outside the conditions of use, which the company describes;
+ Damage due to impact on the machine (including the upgrading and expansion) is not made by the company
+ The consumable parts such as batteries, unless damage occurs due to material or processing errors;
+ Damage to the aesthetic impact, which includes not only scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports or serial number of product fuzzy deleted or lost
4. Pay your warranty period for customers:
- Customers in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang maximum within 7 days of receipt of your warranty received from customers.
- Customers in the provinces, other cities: the maximum within 10 days after receipt of your warranty received from customers.
